1. Introduction

Welcome to Eunoyaa Technology. We value our clients and strive to provide high-quality digital solutions. To ensure a smooth collaboration, we have established the following rules and guidelines.

2. Communication & Project Management

  • All official communication must be conducted via email or project management tools.
  • Response time for client queries is typically within 24-48 business hours.
  • Clients must provide clear requirements and timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.

3. Payment Terms

  • All projects require an upfront payment before work begins.
  • Invoices must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Project Scope & Revisions

  • Project scope is defined in the agreement before starting work.
  • Minor revisions are included; major changes may require additional charges.
  • Any scope change requests must be formally submitted and approved.

5. Data Security & Confidentiality

  • Client data and project details are treated with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not share client information with third parties without prior consent.
  • Clients must also protect any sensitive company information shared with them.

6. Timelines & Deadlines

  • Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may extend the deadline.
  • Urgent tasks may require additional charges based on workload.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once work has started, refunds are not applicable.
  • In case of cancellation, work completed till date will be billed accordingly.
  • Clients must formally notify us in writing for any cancellation requests.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of final deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless stated otherwise.
  • All pre-made assets or third-party integrations remain subject to respective licenses.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Post-project support is available as per the agreed terms.
  • Additional maintenance or updates beyond scope will incur separate charges.
  • Clients must report issues promptly for effective resolution.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disagreements, both parties will attempt to resolve matters amicably.
  • If needed, legal proceedings will follow the applicable jurisdiction.
